This prestigious firm is lead by Scott Baldwin, Sr. who has been practicing law for more than 50 years. Mr. Baldwin is respected by his peers as evidenced by the fact that he is featured in two books, Million Dollar Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America. He has won numerous multimillion-dollar lawsuits for plaintiffs through the years. Those plaintiffs have been victims of medical malpractice, defective products, bad drivers, toxic tortfeasors, business procedures, etc. In one famous asbestos case as lead counsel, Mr. Baldwin negotiated a $20 million settlement. He was co-counsel in another asbestos case that resulted in a $115 million settlement. In 1986, Mr. Baldwin began expanding his firm, which now includes his sons (partners Scott, Jr. and Jack).

Scott Baldwin, Jr. co-founded the firm of Baldwin & Baldwin, with his dad, in 1986. Since that time, he has litigated numerous personal injury cases that have resulted in multimillion-dollar settlements for the plaintiffs. Scott Baldwin, Jr.’s peers have recognized his efforts in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Jack Baldwin, a 1985 graduate of South Texas College of Law, began his career with the law firm of Stephens and Stephens in Houston. In 1987, Jack came back to Marshall to join the law firm that his dad and brother had formed the previous year. Since then, Jack has specialized in the area of negligence liability, with an emphasis in the areas of product liability, class actions, and mass toxic exposure.
